Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days for exchange or full refund. With the exception of returns due to incorrect items or damaged items, return postage is paid by the customer.

If you feel that you have been sent something in error or that we have missed a checkout instruction or message or that something is missing from your order please contact me immediately and we will fix the problem.

If you have been sent an incorrect item we may ask you to return it in which case we (Fay Designs) will reimburse you for postage costs.
