Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges can generally be made for any reason. Maybe the item has a fault or maybe you are simply not happy with your purchase.

Be Totally Happy or Your Money Back

If the item you purchased is not suitable or if your are simply ‘not happy’ you can return your purchase for a full purchase price refund.

Please make your return within 30 days of purchase and don’t forget to contact me before you post your return so that I can expect it.

Faulty items

It is a rare occurrence that someone will receive a faulty item as I personally check all jewellery before it is packaged for posting. Actually it has never happened. But if it does you can be assured that I will carry out a free repair or replacement or you might decide to exchange the item or get a full refund.

So if you discover a fault with your item please contact me to arrange the repair or exchange.

Faulty item returns generally can’t be accepted after three months of purchase as any faults should be apparent within this time. Contact me if you have any questions.

I may ask you to return the faulty item so that I can see where the fault occurred. In this case I will reimburse you for any postage costs.

Items damaged during delivery

If your purchase appears to have been damaged during delivery please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

It would also be advisable for you to contact An Post or your postal delivery office on your side to make a complaint about this.

I may ask you to return the faulty item so that I can see where the fault occurred. In this case I will reimburse you for any postage costs.

Errors on my part

I do my absolute utmost to make sure orders are sent out correctly. However I am only human so I do make mistakes.

If you feel that you have been sent something in error or that I have missed a checkout instruction or message or that something is missing from your order please contact me immediately and I will fix the problem.

If you have been sent an incorrect item I may ask you to return it in which case I will reimburse you for postage costs.

Return of altered or custom items

Items which are entirely custom made or have been extensively altered generally cannot be returned unless there is a fault with them or if the item was damaged during delivery or if there was an error on my part. If you have any questions about such items please contact me.
