Making a Return or Exchange

Please return your ‘unhappy’ item within 30 days of purchase and in the same condition you received it, including the gift box and wrapping.

Before you return an item please get in touch so I know to expect your return. Once I have received your return I will issue you a refund for the cost of the item or you wish to exchange it for something else.

Refunds do not include postage costs unless your return is due to damage during delivery, a faulty item or an error on my part. Learn more about Refunds here.

Exceptions

Returns which are lost or damaged during postage can’t be refunded, so please ensure your return is well packaged and consider sending it by registered post.

Items which are entirely custom made or have been extensively altered cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item, if the item was damaged during delivery or if there was an error on my part. Free repair Guarantee

If your item has minor damage due to wear and tear or due to an accident within two years from date of purchase, please contact me to repair your item with no charge for labour costs.

You will need to cover postage costs for this option and may be asked to cover materials costs. Contact me if you wish to discuss your options.

Please note that items with major damage may not be suitable for repair an may need to be replaced. Contact me and we can discuss the damage and I should be able to tell you if it possible to repair it
